A recap from this week + submit your questions for AMA! Since the start of the new year, Phoenix has reached some amazing milestones! With the launch of our L2 Control Panel & unveiling of the upcoming AlphaNet, we would like to recap as to where we are at... Phoenix Layer 2 Phoenix Layer 2 (L2) is a computation layer and infrastructure enabling privacy computations and AI models on-chain for data & AI applications. This infrastructure provides the scaling needed to support on-chain data computation and AI support, which is crucial for the future development of Web3. Our L2, as an extension of Phoenix Layer 1 blockchain, is the first infrastructure platform integrated with a public blockchain that serves as 1) an efficient computation layer for privacy-enabled data analytics and AI 2) a protocol-level bridge that can bridge a blockchain with mainstream AI frameworks. Computation Credits (CCD) Layer 2 Computation Credits (CCD) is the token used on Phoenix L2 in order to use it's services (MPC, AI/FL and others). CCD can only be purchased by swapping PHB via wallet or fiat payment gateway. After swapping, the PHB is placed in a contract that will be burned weekly. CCD cannot be swapped back to PHB. L2 Control Panel The L2 Control Panel is the easy-to-use GUI simplifying the users' interaction with the services and processes. Users must first create an account in order to utilize these services. Once an Account is created, users can fund their account with PHB using two methods: 1. Migrate directly from BSC: PHB (from BSC) can be deposited using L2 Control Panel. This will effectively migrate that BSC token over to Phoenix Mainnet. At this time, consider this function one-way, there is no function to migrate back to BSC. 2. Purchase from FIAT: The L2 Control Panel enables the use of our services for non-crypto users, removing the need to understand crypto wallets! Through our partnership with Alchemy Pay (https://alchemypay.org/), users can deposit PHB directly from FIAT, which supports over 160+ countries! This is enabled via Alchemy Pay's API, and integrated directly with the platform. L2 Services and Uses The full spectrum of L2 use cases have the ability to transform Web3 applications: - Multi-Party Computation (MPC) - Federated Learning (Decentralized AI) - On-Chain Data Analytics - Reinforcement Learning (Deep Learning) for Web3 The uses above will be slowly rolled out, added and improved.
